“Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. We were a family of six with two young children; we had two adjoining rooms. My husband and I were the grandparents so we found this very useful. Lovely swimming pool area! The breakfast at the hotel was lovely, freshly made food as you ordered, make your own waffles! I read some bad reviews before I went and was a little worried about what I would find but the stay in the hotel was comfortable and friendly!”

“My husband and I stayed at your wonderful hotel in October 2006 and had a marvelous time. The staff was so kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a room in the tower block which was very spacious and comfortable and extremely clean. The facilities were second to none. We were very impressed!  We will be coming to Orlando from England soon for 3 weeks and will of course be staying at the Holiday Inn.  I'm looking forward to visiting your hotel again soon.”

“My family and I have just returned back to England after having spent two weeks in your hotel, the Holiday Inn, International Drive Resort.  We were so well looked after by all of your staff that I felt that I wanted to send this mail to say thank you to all. From the day of our arrival to the day of our departure nothing was too much trouble.  We had several questions to ask at the Reception Desk, transportation timings, I Drive transportation, best shopping malls etc.  Your staff in Reception could not have been more courteous or informative. There are of course many other departments in the hotel, the restaurant, the bars, the room service attendants etc.  All staff in every department were nothing but fantastic.  They really are a great credit to you.”

“On behalf of all of our folks that attended this trip, we would like to thank your staff for making our trip absolutely wonderful.  I am at a loss for words because I can not get over the great treatment that we received from your employees.  We can not thank your staff enough for the great way they took care of all those senior citizens.  The rooms we had were so very comfortable, had plenty of amenities in them that they all enjoyed, it was all so very nice.  We also had breakfast at the Holiday Inn and it was delicious and the seniors all enjoyed it. … we will be returning to stay at your resort again and also recommending it to everyone.”

“This is a good hotel, spotlessly clean room with fridge and microwave, wonderfully comfortable beds. The hotel pool and hot tub were lovely and open until 11:30 at night.  An excellent location with lots of restaurants close by and an I-ride trolley stop outside the hotel.”

“I was totally pleased with this hotel. We were allowed to check in early as our room was ready. We asked for a room by the pool and were granted our request. The room was obviously an older room, but was clean. All of the staff I dealt with was friendly and pleasant. The room was clean and great value for location. I would stay again. You could walk to so many things. Pool was so clean and well kept (and heated).”

“Our senior class and their chaperones would like to express how appreciative they are for the service that they received from you and your hotel staff during our recent senior trip. Having everyone together on the same floor in the tower was perfect.  The adjoining rooms that you were able to work out for us worked very well.  Also, our high school principal wanted me to share with you that your housekeeping staff, on the 7th floor in the tower, were wonderful.  They did a great job and were very accommodative with any need that we had. Thank you once again for helping to make this a wonderful trip for our 2008 Senior Class.”

“The best hotel I have stayed at in Orlando. Wonderful greeting at reception. The room was spacious, clean and very pleasant. We had a wonderful view over the pool, which was heated and open from early in the morning until late at night. Meals were always very nice and other services continued to be better than the last. We had a wonderful two-week stay and would visit again!”

“We arrived 27th December for 2 weeks. A perfect Christmas break, fantastic hotel.  The hotel was spotless, there was a cafe for an all you can eat buffet.  I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone; excellent location, staff and facilities. “I've stayed in this hotel the last 3 years I have been to Orlando. The hotel is always clean, and the staff was very nice to us if we ever had a problem. For the price, it's a very good place to stay. I love how everything is in walking or taxi distance. There were restaurants, shops, mini golf and a water park just a stones throw away. I'm there for the Disney parks. I found this to be a very convenient home base while on vacation.”
